Jello Poke Cake

This cake is one of my favorites. I tend to make this in the spring, but because it is bright and fresh. I love to use a Lime (green) Jello in it -a great addition if you have birthdays that happen to land on St. Patric's day like we do. It is easy, easy, easy...and that is why I love it!

Jello Poke Cake

1 White Cake Mix - Prepared as box directs
2 packages of Jello
1 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Cold Water

Bake cake as directed and let cool 1 hr. afterward poking holes in top of cake with opposite end of wooden spoon. In small bowl dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add Cold water - Slowly pour mixture over the top of cake and refrigerate. To frost this cake simple whip together the following:

1 Cup Cold Milk
1 Package Vanilla Pudding (instant)
1 80z. Carton Whipped Topping

FROST - CHILL- SERVE- ENJOY!
