Cream Cheese Frosting

Yummy, is the only adjective that I can think of to describe Cream Cheese Frosting. I love it on just about everything, but around Easter I start to think of Carrot Cake. Something about the combo of the two of them is just "YUMMY"! ♥

Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup of butter (1 stick), room temperature
8 oz cream cheese (1 package), room temperature
2 or 3 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

With an electric mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese together, about 3 minutes on medium speed. Add the vanilla extract and mix. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Keep adding until you get to desired thickness.
