Nutter Butter Dessert

My good friend Heidi is one of those women that you just can't help but love. She is the all around perfect woman, she has the wife/mother thing down to a science and always is ready with a hug. One week while feeling particularly low she showed up at my house with this SINFUL dessert.

Nutter Butter Dessert

1 Pkg. Nutter Butters
1/4 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
1 16 oz. Tub Cool Whip

Crush Cookies and mix with butter. Press into a 9x13 pan reserving some of the crumble for the top. Place in Refrigerator for 30 Min. In a large mixing bowl combine Sugar, P. Butter, Vanilla, Cream Cheese and Cool Whip, Beat with mixer until smooth consistency has been achieved. Pour over the top of the chilled Crumble and top with remaining crumble. Place in freezer for 2 hours prior to serving. IT'S FABULOUS!!!
