It's not really summer and most of you are not thinking of salads, but I came along several recipes that I have set aside for adding to this blog. Today, I have a few minutes due to a sick little person, so enjoy.
Macaroni & Cheese Salad
1 lb. Elbow Macaroni - Cook as directed
8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Chopped Green Pepper
1 C. Chopped Celery
2 tsp. Grated Onion
2 tsp. Salt
Dash of Tabasco
2 T. Relish
1 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Mustard
2 tsp. Vinegar ( or Sweet Pickle Juice)
Cook Macaroni as directed and drain well. Cool, and then combine all the other ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before eating. ENJOY
