Cornbread
1 C. Cornmeal
1 C. Flour
2/3 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Milk
1/3 C. Oil
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients together, and pour into preheated, oiled cast iron skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 22 minutes. Top with melted butter after removing from the oven. Cut into pie pieces and Enjoy!!!
