Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Kisses, Hugs, Love....Isn't that what Valentines Day is all about....So what better to make than a Cookie with a kiss delivered in it. This recipe is my Sister Loretta's and it is a prize winner. I love it and I think you will as well!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Butter or Butter Flavored Crisco
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Mix together in a large bowl and roll into balls. Bake at 325 for 10-11 Min. As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven push a Kiss down in the center and allow to cool. Makes about 3 Dozen Cookies!

Additional Recipe Idea -

Reese's Cups Cookies

Combine above ingredients and roll in small balls and dip in white sugar to coat. Place in a lined mini cupcake tin. Bake for 10 min or until you see the top just start to crack, but not brown around the edges. Take out of oven and push a unwrapped Reese's Peanut Butter cup down in the center of it and so it looks like a mini pie. Let cool on cooling rack until the chocolate is set again. Store in a air tight container. YUMM!
