This recipe is one that I make every year. I am not sure where I got it or when I started making them but they are simply the best when dunked in a hot cup of cocoa. Try them and I think you will agree that they are great!
PB Ritz Cracker Cookies
1 Jar Peanut Butter
1 Box Ritz Crackers
2 Pkg. Almond Bark
Melt Almond bark in a small crock pot on low and stir often to keep from burning. Spread Peanut Butter on inside part of Ritz cracker and sandwich two together and dip in the melted almond bark. Tap off excess chocolate and lay out to dry on waxed paper. Decorate with whatever desired before they cool. Enjoy!
