Christmas Time.....Is there any better time of the year??? NOPE, not for this girl. I love everything from decorating the house to the snow, and even more the tasty treats that I get the chance to create each year. This is one of my favorites...

Rolo Pretzel Pecan Turtles

2 Bags Rolo's
1 Bag Small Circle Pretzels or Reg.
1 Large Bag Pecan Halves

Cover baking sheet with tin foil and place pretzels on the pan in a single layer. Carefully count how many Rolo's that you have and only lay out that many. In a bowl unwrap each rolo and discard the wrappers. Place a Rolo on each pretzel and place in a 350 degree oven for 2-4 min, keeping a very watchful eye that the chocolate only gets soft....not melted. (If Melting happens they may have burned). Pull out of oven and very quickly place one halved pecan in the center and push down making a turtle look. Let cool for several hours and store in an air tight container until use. YUMMMMM!
