Sawdust Pie

Time to be Thankful and at the top of my list is a kitchen packed full of the most amazing recipes. This is a southern favorite and I love making things that throw back to a time before me. This is one of those. It is so easy and so good.

Sawdust Pie

7 Egg Whites, Unbeaten
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 1/2 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 C. Pecans
1 1/2 C. Coconut
1 9inch Pie Crust

In a large bowl Combine all ingredients together and stir by hand. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until glossy and set. Serve with a cool whip and bananas. ENJOY!
