Million Dollar Carmel Cookies

Who doesn't love a million dollars? Well, if you are like me and it seems a little out of reach.. why not go for the cookies instead.

Million Dollar Carmel Cookies

1 C. Butter, Softened
1 C. Sugar + 1 T.
1 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 C. Flour + 1/4 C
3/4 C. Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Heath Candy Bars
1 Bag Rolo Carmels

Heat oven to 375 degrees. beat butter and suager till fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.  Mix 2 1/2 C. flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture a little at a time and blend well. If too sticky add a little extra flour. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Chop Heath bars in small pieces. Put in bowl and toss with 1 T. of sugar. Once dough has chilled, wrap a piece around each Carmel, forming a 1 inch ball and completely covering candy. Dip top of dough ball into candy topping and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes. cookies will look quite soft, but do not over bake. Cool in pan slightly, then move to rack to finish cooling. ENJOY!
