Pretty Pink Salad

Wedding Showers are Great and through mine I received several Favorite Recipes. One of them that I use all of the time and is one that my kids really like is Pretty Pink Salad. With just a few small changes you can make this an orange Salad or a blue salad.....it is just up to you!

Pretty Pink Salad
1 Can (13 oz.) Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1 3oz. package Jello (Flavor dependent on color desired)
16 Large Marshmallows
1 8 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Large Tub of Cool Whip

Heat First 3 Ingredients until the marshmallows are melted. Set aside to cool. Beat Cream Cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. When gelatin mixture is cooled, combine the mixtures and pour into attractive serving bowl. Enjoy!


* Is fabulous if you add drained Mandarin Oranges and Orange Jello!
