Warm, simple, comfort food. I love soup, and some are just good no matter what time of year it is. My favorite way to eat this is with a side of corn chips.
CROCK POT CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN CHILI
1 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Can Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 Can Corn - Untrained
1 Can Rotel with Green Chili's - Undrained
1 pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tbls. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Cup Water
Layer chicken, corn, beans, and rotel in the bottom of the crock pot. Add dressing mix and spices as well as cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir and shred chicken. ENJOY!
