Breakfast Casserole



Simply Delicious! This is so easy to mix up and it can be made the night before and so if you have company that is coming or staying the night it is ready to roll in the morning. We make this each Christmas Morning and nab bites of it as we unwrap packages.

Breakfast Casserole

2 Cups Breakfast Meat ( Ham, Bacon, Sausage)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Milk
1 Package Frozen Hash-browns
1 Doz. Eggs
1 Tsp. Salt
1 to 1 1/2 Tsp. Mustard
4Tbsp. Butter

Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread with 1/2 Pkg. of hash-browns and pour egg mixture over. Top with the other 1/2 Pkg. of hash-browns and cheese. Bake at 350 degree's for 1 1/2 hours covered. Remove cover for the last 15 min to allow browning of the cheese. Enjoy!
