There is not much better than a homemade cheese cake, but if you are challenged when it comes to making the real thing....here is a great wana-be. LOL! This recipe makes enough to serve a crowd and I have never found anyone that didn't love it!
Cherry Dessert
CRUST
2 Cups. Graham Crackers, Crumbs
1 Stick Butter, Melted
6 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
FILLING
2 Pkg. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Large Tub Cool Whip
2 Cans Cherry Pie Filling
Put Crackers, butter and sugar in a glass 9X13 dish and mix and press into the bottom.
Let Cream Cheese soften and beat with mixer. Add Powdered sugar; beat and add Cool Whip. Blend well and pour on top of Cracker Crust. Put in Fridge and chill for an hour or so. Spread Cherry Pie Filling on top and chill until time to serve. ENJOY!
