Porcupine Meat Balls



Once again, my sister Louise has knocked this one out of the ball part! I love these and so does my family. Throw together some scalloped potatoes and corn and you have a very hearty meal that is sure to warm up a chili night.

Porcupine Meat Balls
2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Cup white Minute Rice
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg

Form into balls as big as you want and put into casserole dish. Pour 1 Bottle of BBQ sauce over the top and bake at 350 degree's for 30 minutes.
