Pop Up Pizza

The perfect solution to a play date with friends. It is fast and easy, bakes in a few short min. and of coarse it is a crowd pleaser since it is pizza. This recipe can be modified to fancy anyone's taste. If you kids are anything like mine...They want it plain or just pepperoni. Experiment and Enjoy!

Pop Up Pizza

2 Tubes Biscuits
1 Jar Pizza Sauce
Toppings to Taste
Top with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

(Told you it was easy)

In a greased, glass 9x13 pan rip each biscuit into fourths. and cover the bottom of the baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and add all the toppings that you desire. Sprinkle with Cheese and bake at 350 degree for 30 min.

    This sounds SO easy. I usually make my own pizza crust, but this would be a great option for a quick and easy SNACK!
