Sometimes there is a scent, a flavor that can take you back. This is one of those foods for me. Memories of our annual chili dump at Ponca Park in NE. The whole Marshall clan would come together and we would spend the day together, hiking and enjoying each other's company. Part of this fun always included delicious food.
Pumpkin Dip
1 Can Pumpkin
1 Box Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 sm. Tub Cool Whip
In a medium bowl, combine 1st 3 ingredients and mix well. Fold in cool whip and serve with ginger snaps, molasses cookies and or whatever else sounds delicious. Enjoy.
