Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole



I know that for most of you this recipe is probably already a go to recipe for company, carry in's and the such. I wasn't going to include it, but it is one that I love and make often. If you don't just love the crunchy cheese on the side of the pan .....you can feel free to send it to me. LOL!

Cheesy Ham Hashbrown Casserole

1 2lb. Package Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes, Thawed
2 Cups Ham, Cubed
1 Tub Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 Small Onion, Chopped Finely
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper

Topping:
2 Cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
1 Stick Butter, Melted

Combine all ingredients except topping. Place in a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle topping over the top of Potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
