Corn Casserole



This is yummy and a perfect dish for taking along to a covered dish dinner. I love it and my kids like it too. That my friend is the perfect combo.

Corn Casserole

1 Small Onion - Chopped
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Eggs
1 Package Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Saute Onion in butter and stir in all ingredients except for cheese. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. or until golden brown and center is done.

  1. Be sure to drain your can of whole kernel corn before putting it in!
