Creamy Turkey Dumplin Soup

Turkey leftovers are awesome, and sometimes when you have  had just one to many turkey sandwiches - this soup is the way to go. I am a soup kind of girl and so this suites me better than the sandwich idea. I have used both homemade dumplin's and the the store bought, and both are delicious. Try this one..You will love it!

Creamy Turkey Dupmpli Soup

2 lbs. Shredded Turkey
4 Carrots -Peeled and cut
2 Cans Chicken Stock
1 Stock Celery - Chopped
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup - Family Size
1 Bag dried Noodle Dumplings

In a large soup pot combine all ingredients except the dumplings and bring to a boil. Simmer for several hours, add Dumpling and boil according to package directions. Serve while hot with crackers and a Pimento Cheese Sandwich. ENJOY!
