This is and I stress THE BEST sugar cookie recipe that I have ever came across. You don't have to chill it before rolling it out and it just makes the best cookies ever. I usually at least double it, because around our house....They disappear very quickly!
Sugar Cookie
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 Tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Mix together and Roll out, Bake cookies for 8-10 Min. at 350 Degrees. Do not Refrigerate this dough.
