Chicken-Broccoli & Rice Casserole

 

 

 


Some times you just need a meal that is nothing fancy but sticks to your bones...so to speak. This is a favorite at my house because my kids love broccoli. This recipe is easy, simple, fast and good to the last bite!

Chicken-Broccoli & Rice Casserole

3 Chicken breasts uncooked cut into chunks                                                                                               1 Pkg. Frozen Broccoli florets
1 Can (large) Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Tbl. onion Flakes
2 Cup Water
3 Cups Minute Rice, Uncooked
3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9X13 glass baking dish. Reserve 1.5 cup of cheese for the top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Enjoy!
