So GOOD, it is going to make you buy old black bananas just so you can make it. My sister Estelle has made this for years and yes...I always misplace this recipe and have to call her to get it again. So...now I will know just right where to look. I believe that this recipe originally was Veronica C.. Thank you whoever created it!!!
Banana Bread
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Flour
2-3 Mushy Bananas
Mix all together and pour into a Greased Loaf Pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
