Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

The credit for this recipe goes to my other sister Loretta! This is Yummy, and I think that you will agree it really hits the spot!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

4-6 Skinless Chicken Breast or Pheasant
4-6 Strips of Uncooked Bacon (Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each chicken breast and lay in the bottom of a glass baking dish)

Mix Together
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup (Use more if you want more Gravy)
1 Cup Sour Cream

Pour over Chicken and Bake for one hour in a 350 degree oven. (Or until bubbly and brown)

Serve with mashed potatoes and use sauce for Gravy.
