Taco Soup


Taco Soup is a staple at our house. This recipe is a altered version of the weight watchers "Taco Soup". If you are looking to make a healthy, weight conscious meal...this is one for you! This warms the body and the soul!

Taco Soup

1 Large Can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can of Kidney Beans
1 Can of Chili Beans
1 Can of mixed Beans
1 Can of Black Beans
2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes
1 lb. of Lean Hamburger - Browned and Drained
1 Dry Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Dry Package of Taco Seasoning

Mix all together in crock pot and let simmer all day! If you are looking to make this a little less diet conscious..try adding a dab of Sour Cream on top and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese once you have it dished up. I simply love it! ENJOY!
