Chicken Casserole

I got this recipe from my Mother in Law and it is one of my Husbands favorite. I have made this with left over turkey as well. Delicious!

Chicken Casserole

6-8 Chicken Breasts - Cut up into Bite size.
1 Can Cream of Celery
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 Package Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Hot water

Cut Chicken into bite sizes and put in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Pour over cream of celery, and chicken soups. Layer cornbread mix on top of soup and pour melted butter over the top of it. To finish this off dump the chicken broth and hot water over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Enjoy!~
