Chicken Enchiladas

What's for supper???? Why does this question rule the greater share of my day???? Well, this is one that answers the questions...Is it easy, Is it fast, Is it delicious??? At one of my favorite local restaurants I always order the same thing....THIS DISH! This at home version is not quite like theirs, but it is very close.

Chicken Enchiladas

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Picante Sauce
2 Tsp. Chili Powder
2 Cup Chopped Cooked Chicken
1/2 Cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Flour Tortillas (6") Warmed
1 Small Tomato, Chopped
1 Green Onion, Sliced

Stir the Soup, Sour Cream, Picante Sauce and Chili Powder in a bowl. Stir in 1 Cup of mixture with chicken and cheese in a second bowl. Divide Chicken mixture among tortillas - roll up and place seam   side up in a shallow baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the filled tortillas and bake for 40 min. at 350 degrees or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomato and onion. YUMMMMMMM!!!
