Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Parmesan Brussels Sprouts may not be at the top of the list of food that you would not be able to live without, but with any balanced diet you need variety. As a mom I have struggled to make sure that my kids each other vegetables than just CORN, GREEN BEANS, and Peas. So after trying several ways of cooking these little power house vegetables, this is the one way that all 3 of my kids will eat them without putting up to much of a fight. I love them this way, and even though I may not ever crave them...they are good for a change.

Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

1 Bag Brussels Sprouts
4 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

In a saucepan completely cover the frozen Brussels Sprouts and bring to a boil. Only boil these for 3 min, or they will be mushy. Take from heat and drain water off and pour dressing and Parmesan cheese on top and toss. Serve immediately! ENJOY!
