Sausage Balls

If you live in the south - then more than likely this is something you have ate your entire life. I however, had never eaten these until I met my husband and his mom made them for Christmas the very first year we were together. I love them, but they would not fall into the weight watchers category.

Sausage Balls

2 Cups of Bisquick
1 pound Sausage
1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet (I would suggest one that has sides so the grease doesn't run off into your oven.) Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. or until golden brown. Enjoy!
