Fudge Jumbles

This recipe is from one of my best friends, she is a sweetheart that cannot be matched by many. I am telling you that when Denise S. gets to heaven there are going to be stacks of crowns awaiting her. Ah.....I love her, Anyways, this is her recipe and it delightful and one serving will not be enough.

Fudge Jumbles

2 Cups. Brown Sugar
1 Cup Margarine
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Soda
3 Cups Quick Cooking Oatmeal
1 1/2 Cups Flour

Cream Brown Sugar, and Margarine together; add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, Soda and oatmeal together and stir altogether.  Press 2/3 of mixture into a 15x10 Pan and set remaining mixture aside.

FILLING:
12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp. Maragrine
2 Tsp. Vanilla

Melt Choc. Chips, milk and margarine. Add Vanilla. Pour over oatmeal mixture that you had previously pressed into the pan. Crumble remaining dough mixture over the top and bake at 350 degree's for 25 to 30 min.. ENJOY!
