Knorr Spinach Dip

This is one of my Favorite Recipes for entertaining. First, because it is so yummy, and Second because it draws people to circle around the bread bowl and there is bound to be conversation.

Knorr Spinach Dip

Makes 4 Cups

1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach squeezed dry or 1 Pkg. Fresh Baby Spinach Chopped
1 Container Sour Cream
1 C. Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
1 Pkg. Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (As Pictured)
1 Can Water Chestnuts - drained and chopped
3 Green Onions - Chopped

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve in a hollowed out bread bowl with torn up bread eat it on around the outside, or try Hollowing out cucumber slices and or Cherry tomatoes. Garnish with a sprig or two of dill!
